How do I place an order?

You can begin the ordering process through our website by filling out the order form or contacting us directly via email or phone. Please note custom orders require advance notice. Once we receive your request, I will communicate with you and then send an invoice once we have confirmed availability, pricing and decorating details.

What types of cookies do you offer?

We specialize in custom-decorated sugar cookies, but also offer cookie decorating kits, gift baskets, and more. Check out our **Extras** section for additional items.

Do your cookies contain peanut oil?

No, our cookies are completely peanut/nut free, prepared in a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, for all custom orders, there is a 2 dozen minimum order. The exception to this is during the holidays when I am doing bulk orders at the same time. Then the minimum is 1 dozen. 

How long do your cookies stay fresh?

We recommend ordering and picking up your cookies within 1-2 days of your event. They are best within 2-4 days, but are good for up to a week if stored correctly. If you need to store them longer, you can freeze them for up to [3 months].

Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?

Yes, we cater to corporate events, weddings, and large parties. Let us know your requirements, and we can accommodate your request with custom designs and packaging.

Do you offer cookie decorating parties or workshops?

Yes, we offer cookie decorating kits and occasionally offer decorating parties/classes.

How long in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least [2-4 weeks] in advance for custom designs to ensure availability. Larger or more intricate orders may require more time. Always ask though—sometimes we can accommodate last minute orders!

Do you offer gluten-free cookies?

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free options. That is something we are looking into offering in the future! 

Can you match a theme or design for my event?

Absolutely! We love creating custom cookies that match your event’s theme, color palette, or specific design requests. Just provide us with details or inspiration.

How do I store my cookies?

Our cookies are best kept in an airtight container at room temperature. You can also store them in the refrigerator. It is important that the icing not get too hot or it will melt and icing colors will blend. 

What your your pricing details?

Pricing depends on the complexity of the design, quantity, and packaging options. Our cookies generally begin at $30/dozen, with a 2 dozen minimum. We provide custom quotes based on your needs—please contact us for more details.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

Minor changes may be accommodated if requested in time, but please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any adjustments.
